Rust Developer

Location: Lausanne (2 days remote per week)
Salary: 80k

Our client, a leading Swiss digital innovator, is seeking a passionate Rust Developer to join their dynamic team. They specialize in exploring new use cases, designing solutions, and bringing them to life through pilot programs and industrial deployments.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Develop high-performance, reliable systems using Rust
Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and data scientists to turn ideas into reality
Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative solutions in AI and IoT
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Rust and related technologies

You'll be a great fit if you have:

2+ years of experience developing with Rust
Fluent in English, B2 in French
A strong understanding of system programming concepts
Experience with concurrency, memory management, and low-level programming
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
A passion for learning and staying ahead of the curve
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
