Team Lead Controller Firmware (f/m/d)

This is you
- University qualification (or equivalent) in computer-science or in a related discipline
- Knowledge of robotics and a solid mathematical background (trajectory planning, vibration compensation, implement FEM models in code)
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to interface at all professional levels and functions: holistic, analytic thinking, empathic
- At least 8 years of professional experience in state-of-the-art software development
- 3-5 years of leadership of highly qualified people
- Transformational leadership style
- Like to work in a dynamic and ambitious, international environment, appreciating different cultures
- Adequate authority: able of providing clear direction to your software team members
- Experience in modern C++
- Continuous learning mindset and willingness to take ownership
- Fluent English skills; preferably German as well
- Enthusiasm for technologies
