iO Associates are working with a Bristol-based software company who are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer. They are looking for someone who wants to learn quickly, and make the most of the training available.

Role: 2nd Line Support Engineer
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
This established and growing organisation provides software to customers worldwide. The purpose of this role will be to provide 2nd line support covering a range of technologies and software.
This established and growing company provides clear progression opportunities - this offers you the chance to grow and progress with the company.
This company works heavily with Azure, and whilst no experience in mandatory, this role will give you great exposure to cloud technology.
This role will involve working with:
* SQL databses
* Windows OS
This position will give you the opportunity to work with C# on some of the company's systems. Any .Net experience is fantastic but by no means neccessary. This company is well-known for their training and development so they are looking for someone eager to embrace upskilling opportunities.
Requirements: Proven experience in a second line role. Experience in all the above technology isn't needed. Rather, this company is looking for someone who learns new technology quickly. Some database experience is ideal.
