Role: 2nd Line Engineer
Location: North London
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + Excellent Benefits
iO Associates are currently looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer looking to take on an exciting new role in a challenging and vibrant environment.
In this position you will be responsible for keeping day to day operations running smoothly by supporting the service desk, resolving or escalating tickets and generally assisting in the successful deployment of critical projects.
> Resolve faults escalated from the service desk to 2nd Line support
> You will be supporting and aiding in the successful delivery of projects deployment
> Aid in the support and mentoring of the 1st Line support engineers
Skills / Experience
> Experience supporting a windows environment
> knowledge of AD, Exchange and Office 365 support
> Experience supporting Azure is highly desirable
> Knowledge of SQL Server support
> Basic network knowledge is advantageous
