This is a requirement for a Business Analyst to join a leading private healthcare service provider with offices across the UK and Scotland. The company is growing rapidly and has recently doubled in size through a merger. As a result, they are taking the opportunity to ensure that all business and IT processes are fit for purpose and are putting together a new process improvement team. There are lots of exciting projects to play in important role in.
Reporting directly to the Head of Process Improvement, you will form an integral part of the new team, and will provide analysis specific to the implementation of new processes. You will also be working closely with key stakeholders to capture information, make detailed reviews of existing processes, and determine opportunities for improvement.
As part of this role, you will need to be comfortable with travelling to offices across the UK and Scotland as required (their main base is in North Worcestershire).
You will be a great fit if you have:
·A background in Healthcare/NHS (essential) - working with clinicians
·A strong background in business and systems analysis and managing requirements on applications development projects
·Knowledge and experience of modelling business and functional requirements using UML
·Strong track record of developing application designs & specifications
·High level understanding of IT including business applications and hardware
·Practical experience of project management and good standard of documentation and communication skills
