This opportunity is perfect for someone looking to become a subject matter expert in all things first line. Extensive commerical experience is not mandatory.
First Line Support
Salary: £18,000 - £21,000
This company is looking for someone with good communication skills. They have an excellent mentoring scheme.
If you have good technical know-how and a passion to learn, this could be a great fit; one or two years' experience, or a computer-focused degree is preferable.
The role will involve call/email logging & escalation as well as PC and Laptop build, maintenance. This is a busy service desk, dealing with a high volume of tickets. You will be dealing with a wide range of troubleshooting issues.
