3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer

Working as part of a technically astute and dynamic team, the prospective 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer is an essential hire, who will help support enterprise wide expansion.

Key deliverables:

3rd Line Support of custom-built systems
Providing excellent customer service and ticket management

Essential criteria:

3 years commercial experience working in a similar 2nd/3rd Line role
Strong working knowledge across Windows server and AD
Good experience of O365 Administration
Autonomous and flexible approach
A strong interest in cyber security / military background is highly desirable

The business is keen to appoint an ambitious 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer at short notice and interviews will be arranged swiftly (2 stage process). A salary of up to £50,000 is being offered as part of a competitive package and this role will be hybrid (2 days per week onsite). Continuous career development is very much encouraged.
