As we continue to grow our UK presence we are now looking to hire an experienced Business Development Director to join our Business winning function to develop our Land domain accounts.
The role would see you acting as key point of contact and business winning partner across the British Army, Special Forces and other Land based HQ's. Allowing ESUK to bring together a united apparoch to business development for the Land domain.
You will be working directly with the business winning teams for our 3 business units and developing relationships with the end customer that will enable business winning opportunities across EW, ISTAR, C4i & Training.
Responsibilities will include:
Accountable to ESUK VP BD & Marketing for developing business across the Land.
Co-ordinating and identifying industry partners to support with Land activity.
Key point of contact for the Land domain, influencing customer and industry partners to unite delivery.
Working closely with ESUK MarComms teams to produce Land strategy and comms plans.
Responsible for horizon scanning across the domain and spotting requirements and opportunities for new business.
What we're looking for:
Extensive experience within the Land Domain within BD, Marketing or Account Management.
Familiarity with Shipley business winning process'.
Excellent relationship builder and capability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent knowledge of multiple Land HQ's and frontline commands.
Tenacious and flexible individual.
