Rate: £200 a/day

Contract: 6 Months

iO Associates are working with an Acute Trust in the South of England who are looking for a Product Specialist to join the EPR team. They are looking for someone with a background in IT, ideally someone with experience in Patient Administration System (PAS) and EPR.

As EPR Product Specialist you will provide 2nd line support, process requests, maintenance, validation, support, liaise with the wider IT team, participate in new software roll outs and in supporting staff, run test scripts, train and mentor. This is a great opportunity to join a trust at a very exciting time in their digital journey.

Please note that this role is hybrid, so you may be expected on site. Further details and flexibility can be discussed at interview process.

Requirements:

- Good level of education to diploma level or equivalent and relevant experience in Application Support

- Good understanding of IT and knowledge of hospital patient flows

- Proficient MS Office user (up to and including M365)

- NHS experience and proven experience of supporting users through change

Desirable:

• Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of change management
• Recognised IT Qualification
• Negotiating skills
• Basic knowledge of SQL and HTML or other web-based design programmes
