HV - Electrical Engineer - Surrey

iO Associates are partnered with a business outsourcing consultancy firm in their recruitment of a HV Electrical Engineer to join the team on a permanent based in Surrey.

Working within the Infrastructure sector, this department is responsible for the development and maintenance of large-scale industrial manufacturing equipment that keeps heavy industry moving!

It's a rewarding job, with the potential to work with numerous big name clients on turn key solutions for their infrastructure and manufacturing needs, allowing you to gain experience across a vast array of business's and sites and ultimately see the tangible impact of your development work.

This is a position for a HV Electrical Engineer, and the role will be focussed on Electrical Layout designs for panels and substations dealing with High Voltage power and equipment so you will need to have a background in working in a sector that utilises this equipment.

To be considered for this role, you will need demonstrable experience in the following fields:

• Electrical Design (AC/DC Schematics; Panel Design; Multi-core Schedules)
• Knowledge of Equipment and Substation Layout up to 400KV
• Expeirence in Transformers; Switchgear; Busbars would be a huge advantage.

In return you will get a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 along with an excellent benefits package that comes with a renowned consultancy business. Alongside this you will be working for a company that is essential to the UK infrastructure sector who reward ingenuity and productivity.
