IT Support Engineer

Here at IO Associates we are working exclusively with an insurance broker who are forward thinking, innovative and growing and on the lookout for an IT Support Engineer who particularly enjoys Networking.

The role has only come around due to growth and lots of internal promotions, which is great news for you!

Their main office is based in London and the role itself offers hybrid working. If you are looking to be a part of some really exciting and meaningful project work then this role could be the right thing for you.

You will be involved with,

• Maintenance and development of Windows and Operating Systems.
• Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
• Active Directory.
• Diagnosis and maintenance of Customer/Client Systems.
• Triaging and escalating tickets (predominantly at 2rd line level)

So experience with the following would be really beneficial,

• Hyper- V
• VMware
• Windows Systems and Servers.
• Security patching and upgrading with new software.
