Junior Software Developer - Up to 40k - Remote

I'm currently looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join one of my favourite clients!

They are a fast-paced FinTech who have a remote first approach. The thing they looked for the most is if someone is a strong cultural fit. They want someone who is confident and happy to engage with other teams and stakeholders.

You will work in a close-knit team, filled with experienced engineers for you to learn from. You will gain experience in software delivery as well as building operating systems and more! Empathy and collaboration is a big thing for this team.

Ideally, you will have great analytical skills, enjoy working as part of a team and are passionate about cloud technologies.

If you have any experience with C#, .Net and Azure Or Infrastructure as code/Yaml/Powershell, that is a big bonus.

They are happy to speak to recent grads or people with 1-2 years experience. As I said, personality is the biggest thing for them.

The salary on offer is between £30k-£40k plus benefits that include a bonus, 25 days holiday, etc.
