About the Role:
Join an exciting project with NATO as a GIS IT Engineer! You'll be part of a mission-critical team supporting the Core GIS system, ensuring operational excellence and contributing to future developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for NATO Core GIS.
Perform Operations & Maintenance of Core GIS IT environments.
Act as a technical expert for incident management, fault diagnosis, and resolution.
Assist in system roll-outs, upgrades, and user acceptance testing.
Develop installation and accreditation documentation.
Deliver Core GIS training and maintain course documentation.

What We're Looking For:

Degree in GIS, IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience (or 3 years with exceptional expertise).
Strong knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Suite, including Enterprise, Server, and Portal.
Experience with Enterprise GIS solutions, VMWare, and scripting (Python, ArcPy, PowerShell).
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (databases, virtualization, networks).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
