L1 IT Support Engineer Location: London, UK Salary: Up to 30,000 Per Annum Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Onsite

This is a fully onsite role, ideal for someone who thrives in a professional services setting and enjoys delivering high-quality IT support to legal and business teams.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years' experience in IT support, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional, organised, and able to manage multiple requests efficiently

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT queries via phone, email, and face-to-face.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications and provide user account management via Active Directory.
  • Assist with meeting room setups, AV support, and new user device configurations.
