Do you have experience with IT software? Or perhaps experience in the retail sector? This could be as a shop/retail manager.


Very well established, this international company are a global supplier of integrated business systems into retailers, manufacturers, and distributors.


I am looking for candidates with the following experience:

  • English and Dutch speaking
  • Background in IT Software, IT Support, OR background in retail sector
  • Experience working with IT equipment


Day to day you will be involved with:

  • Providing 1st and 2nd level customer support to software over phone, chat and email
  • Perform assessment, investigations and resolutions of incidents and requests
  • Troubleshoot issues through to a successful resolution or provide sufficient information for escalation to the 3rd level support team
