£30,000 - 35,000 Base salary

37.5 hours per week

You'd be joining a global advanced polymer technology supplier who has been leading the way for over 100 years. You'll be working across various projects, having the opportunity to expand your experience internationally.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Identifying, diagnosing and resolving IT infrastructure problems on 1st line level
• Managing end-user incidents and prioritising work based on SLAs
• Educating users on processes to make optimal use of the business systems
• Support implementation of new and improved IT processes
• To be prepared to learn and start to actively contribute to 2nd line group activities where required
• To travel to different local sites as part of your area of responsibility (1 day a week)

You will have:

• Experience of working in a large scale enterprise level environment
• Experience working with a Windows environment & Office 365
• Experienced in implementing, documenting & maintaining IT infrastructures
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, as well being outgoing, wanting to be a key figure in the projects you'll be involved in
• The initiative to manage your own workload & schedule

Desirable:

• Knowledge of networking, Microsoft Infrastructures & security awareness
