1st / 2nd Line Support Role - Immediate Start - Birmingham

I'm reaching out today as I have a fantastic new opportunity that has come up with one of our clients. The role itself will be working fully remotely and pays a rate of £18 P/H.

In this new role you will be a vital member of the infrastructure team providing 1st and 2nd Line support. In this role there will be a focus on going through a backlog of support tickets so you will need prior experience doing this.

This is an urgent position so ideally you will be immediately available to start a new role. This role will also be working on site so you will have to be able to get to Birmingham City Centre.

The key requirements for this role are:

• 1st / 2nd Line support experience
• Experience working through support tickets
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and hit the ground running.
