Agile Delivery Manager

We are lucky enough to work with a game-changing financial services agency who have an opening for an ambitious Agile Delivery Manager (Scrum)

The company is based in the Southwest and is expanding massively. They are looking for an Agile Delivery Manager with ideally Financial Services experience to join their team. Ahead of some exciting projects they have coming up with one of their clients.

If you have the below experience then this could be the role for you,

• Working closely with a delivery team, advocating and applying Agile ways of working.
• Collaborating with product owners, client stakeholders, and the development team.
• Supporting the delivery teams to self-manage.
• Coaching the delivery teams in Agile practices.
• Brilliant Stake Holder Management Skills.
• Jira/Confluence.

A bonus would be,

• 2 years worth of experience in a similar position.
• Experience with coaching team members to successfully adopt Agile values, principles, and practices.

The role itself is fully remote except for the occasional client meeting, offering brilliant company benefits, and a market-competitive salary of up to £60,000.
