Contract Avionics Systems Engineer

£70 - £75 per hour

iO Associates are on the lookout for a Systems Engineer to work on a contractual basis for a client specialising in Avionic Systems.

For this project, you will be working closely with their renowned and respected in-house software development teams, to design bespoke and highly integrative technology solutions for UAV's.

You, the Systems Engineer will cover all aspects of the development lifecycle, from initial commissioning, through to the design, development, integration, and testing of UAV Systems.

Skillset sought after:

• Experience in electronic systems design and/or systems integration
• Understanding of the full systems lifecycle
• Ideally knowledge of aerospace standards (Mil-Stds, RTCA etc)
• DOORS

Due to the nature of the work, the client requires you to work on a hybrid model, with remote working offered where the project allows. (Initially looking at 3 on-site, 2 remote).
