Job Duties |
The role involves analyzing large set of data sourced from multiple internal as well as external data sources and extensive stakeholder management from all levels and teams covering the institution wide end to end control framework
The job duties would involve: - Analysing data to formulate conclusions using various tools and techniques
- Highlight key insights on data forming meaningful conclusion for stakeholders and higher management reporting
- Do project tracking, manage RAID log, prepare meeting materials
- Work with businesses in formalised business Working Groups to get documents, propose and agree on detailed control logic for desk and product controls.
- Collate tactical workaround for potential strategic remediation by ICG tech /trade capture systems.
- Implement control framework into annual control review / assessment process for specified control logic.
- This role involves extensive work with trade capture system and tech teams and control systems to implement exclusion logic
- Involves extensive documentation and stakeholder management

Skills Required | - Min 5-year experience in analysing large set of data at different levels from internal as well as external systems involved in the overall banking operations
- Good working knowledge of market products
- Working experience with FOBO systems and Control Frameworks
- Expertise in using Data Analytics, UML, and Project Management tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills with extremely high attention to details
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in DBMS, SQL/VBA
- CBA or Scrum certification will be an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
