Role: Image Generation Developer

Salary: Up to £50,000

We have an exciting role as a Developer to work on future visualised training for the Royal Navy.

We are working with UK Defence business that is looking to hire a developer with expertise in developing visual and image generation software using OpenGL, DirectX and Unity.

The team is developing state of the art simulators for the British Army & Royal Navy and creating life like simulations of environments for simulated training.

The role will see you working as part of a small team on a number of major projects and being at the forefront of visual design used by the UK MoD. These products will help to define the future onshore training capability for mariners.

Role;

• Developing future training platforms for the UK MoD.
• Writing, testing and debugging code for 3D Graphic Software;
• Implementing and producing software to interface with third-party operational software;
• Software and Hardware integration and testing;

Skills;

• Commercial Software Development skills
• Experience in 3D Graphics (OpenGL/DirectX)
• C++ Programming Experience
• Familiarity with 3D Gaming Engines (Unity/Unreal)
