Change and Release Analyst

Salary - Up to £38,000 (experience dependent).
Location - Lancashire HQ (Hybrid Working - Two days onsite every week).
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- IT operations role, dealing with change management.
- Change process.
- Change advisory.
- Patching/Upgrades - Dealing with existing services in place.
- IT ops BAU solutions.

Experience Required:
- Proven experience of Change and Release co-ordination.
- Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
- Familiar with project management approaches, tools, and phases of project lifecycle.
- Experience of working to tight deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent oral and written communications.
- Good presentation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite of products.
- Experience of working in an ITIL compliant environment.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience of working across different business areas, demonstrating customer focus and good corporate awareness.
- Experience of presenting changes to a change governance body.
- ITIL or Prince Foundation qualification (or equivalent).
- Educated to degree level in an IT/IM related discipline (or equivalent).
