Technical Implementation / Client Services Consultant - Cloud-Based FinTech - London

Permanent Role: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum plus benefits

A brand-new position has just opened for technically gifted SQL script writers based in London with client services and client-facing experience within the Hedge Fund, Private Equity and Asset Management sectors.

iO Associates are proud to be working with this fast growing, service enhancing FinTech Consultancy, offering cloud-based, pioneering treasury and portfolio finance solutions and more to sectors including Hedge Funds, Asset Managers and Private Equity.

The ideal candidate should be highly motivated with technical and analytical skills. SQL is paramount to your current suite of technical languages skills.

They should be a technical problem solver and a quick thinker with exceptional organizational skills.

They should also be articulate, organized, patient, thorough and able to deal with a variety of people at various levels of seniority within the financial sectors listed above. Being able to competently handle objections and competently deliver solutions to demanding clients is essential part of the job,

Duties will include:

• Assisting with the technical aspects of the implementation process
• Analysing, manipulating, mapping and loading data into SQL databases
• Supporting Implementation Consultants in efficiently managing client implementations
• Communicating with clients in a proactive, consultative & professional manner
• Processing and responding to client requests

Required Skills/Experience

• Proven experience in managing expectation of Hedge Fund and Private Equity clients
• An understanding of / experience working within the IT Vendor sector
• Writing and manipulating SQL scripts
• Writing and enhancing shell scripts
