Cloud Infrastructure Manager - AWS - £80,000

Cloud Infrastructure Manager is required by highly recognised enterprise level business in Oxford.

As a Cloud Infrastructure Manager, you will be technically hands-on and heavily involved with the IT environment, technologies such as AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Active Directory & Group Policy. Knowledge with Processes/Pipelines, VPC, EC2, Kubernetes, ELB or CI/CD will also be beneficial to the role, especially as your first few months are to create structure, processes, or changes across the team and IT environment.

As a Cloud Infrastructure Manager, you will receive a base salary of £80,000 (dependent on experience) alongside car allowance and other company benefits. Remote working available (every working week will differ, dependent on projects and workload).

Fantastic career-progression available, within 12-18 months (if ready and capable), you will have the opportunity to become the company's Cloud Infrastructure Director and manage a team of 25-30 people.

Your role will also include the following:

• Managing a team of five Cloud Infrastructure Engineers (domestic and off-shore), who support and develop on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Owning change management of IT infrastructure, ensuring best practices are introduced and maintained.
• Delivering on IT Infrastructure related projects.
• Applying your technical expertise to support business objectives and strategy.
• Propose and recommend service improvements across IT Infrastructure.
