My client, a multinational technology company specialise in cloud communications and workstream collaboration solutions, are looking to add an enthusiastic Contract Manager to support the sales and delivery teams in relevant regions. You will collaborate with Legal, Contract, Sales and Finance teams to coordinate the delivery of strategic customer contracts.

I am looking for people with the following skills and experience:

• Experience with in-life Contract Management
• Background in the technology or services industry
• Experience drafting commercial documentation
• Ideally a Law or Business degree but not essential
• Ideally based near Guildford however there is flexibility in terms of location

Your responsibilities with include, but not limited to:

• Serves as a trusted advisor to internal delivery teams by providing effective, knowledgeable contract and risk management advice, and recommending simple solutions to complex problems
• Ensures compliance through the implementation, in-life and exit phases of the contract by setting up processes; monitoring and tracking contract adherence; managing subcontractors; and escalating where required
• Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of the contract with strategic customer to internal and external stakeholders
• Supports the delivery team and business unit to manage potential and actual contract disputes, by interpreting the contract and using commercial acumen
