Commercial Manager Requirement - Essex

iO Associates have partnered with a SME business in Construction and Infrastructure in their recruitment for a Commercial Manager for their office in Essex.

Working in a brand-new facility with a collaborative team, your responsibility will be to develop all and strategize all commercial activities within a critical product line, looking at developing systems and teams to deliver a high-performance service.

This will be a pivotal role for the business as the business is looking to continue an impressive record of growth and expansion and, in this capacity, you will have foresight on the commercial development of the wider business.

In order to be considered for the commercial manager position, you will need to show experience in the following fields:

• Experience as a commercial lead / manager
• Background in construction based industry (quantity surveying background preferred).
• Ability to deal with key stakeholders at multiple levels internally and externally.

On offer for this position is a competitive salary (Circa £60 - £65k) with a good pension and car bonus, on top of this you'll be working in a growth sector and for one of the companies that has made a solid name for themselves.
