A global technology business based in Swindon are urgently looking for a change manager to join their core strategy team working on a new Data & content programme.
The company have made huge waves in the R&D space over recent years and as a result are now changing the way they implement and deliver their company content across various channels and teams across the globe.
You will be involved in implementing a new Content Hub / DAM (Digital Asset Management) system within the business. Your role will involve planning the business change activities aligned to the overall project plan whilst leading the communication and engagement strategies that will take the programme through its change.
Skills Required:
- Experience in change consulting
- Excellent change management skills
- Project management experience (Lean six sigma, agile, waterfall, APMG)
- Successfully delivered change projects at a regional or global level within a large matrix and structured organisation
