iO Associates are urgently seeking an immediately available Contract HR Advisor to work for a world leading polymer solution engineering company.

My client work closely with leading industry brands across the globe, to accelerate their performance and drive business.

The role will suit anyone who has strong communication skills and enjoys working within a highly skilled and diverse workforce.

To be considered for this role, you will have previous exposure to HR related issues, and ideally staff related absences.

Day-to-day you will be involved in:

• Take necessary action with the line managers/supervisors to hold absence review (disciplinary/investigation) meetings and support through the process.
• Arrange Occupational Health referrals and investigate phased return to work options.
• Ensure keep in touch and welfare calls are conducted in a timely manner.
• Ad-hoc tasks related to absence management.

This Is an initial 3-month fixed term contract but can go permanent for the right individual.
