We are working exclusively with a Global Finance company based in London who are on the lookout for a Customer Software Support Analyst to join the team.
The ideal candidate has a background in customer support or client services and is looking to take the next step in their career to grow alongside the company into a position of seniority.

The role will involve,
- Providing customer support.
- Handling customer queries via email and telephone
- Solving Software issues (Training will be provided)
