Data Analyst (Customer Experience)

Analyst required urgently for a 6 month contract position to start as soon as Monday (15th June) with a worldwide company at the forefront of innovation in their industry. This company truly cares about it's consumers and is therefore looking to bring on a talented analyst who can take data from multiple sources and turn it into a clear and easy to understand story for key stakeholders to make immediate changes to the customer service system, and future changes to the product itself.

Skill set required:

-Strong Excel experience

-SQL

-Python, R

-Experience with customer data insights

-Ideally survey tool experience

I'm looking to speak with people who can look at data from multiple sources and analyse it - and not just in the technical sense.

If you're someone who can look at the results and dig into the "why" and "how" the data says what it says - you're perfect for this role.

Interpersonal and communication skills are a must as well. You should feel comfortable with speaking with stakeholders in the company and asking them questions like: "What do you want from the data?" "What should I be looking for".

An understanding between the key non-technical people in the business and yourself is essential to the success of this role.
