Role: Development Team Lead

Location: Remote (offices in Cardiff/ Bristol/ Manchester)

Salary: £65,000 DOE

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a multi-disciplined development team that involves the design and development of high quality software and web-based solutions for the food distribution/aggregation industry.

Building out a brand new team of 3x developers, you will be responsible for the ocmplete overhaul of a legacy system that has been running for 10 years. With this, you will gain total autonomy over what direction you want to take this development team in, a real clear slate for you to work with!

We are looking for somebody who has:

• Strong project management capabilities
• Is disciplined, a real team motivator
• Good communicator - you have the ability to listen and lead the team
• Whilst managing it, you will work as part of the team as well as drive it positively forward

Skills which will be preferred:

• PHP (Laravel)
• MySQL
• JavaScript (Node.js)
• React / React Native

This role offers remote working, but if you prefer going in to offices you can enter one of the many nationwide offices that this global powerhouse has.

Interviews involve an hour long call with the existing team followed by a technical exercise. Upon completing the exercise to a top standard, you can expect to receive an offer that will be too good to turn down!
