Digital Manager

Calling all experienced digital professional to join the digital team on an exicting project, supporting one of the leading housing associations.

iO associates are searching for someone to help management and monitor key digital platforms including CRM, email, SMS, digital advertising, and social media. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the use of digital technologies in order to provide a data-driven approach to the efficacy of channels. You will play a central role in ensuring all new and existing channels and activities are standardised and consistent across the Group.

Responsibilites -

• Provide strategic advice and training across a range of digital channels such as CRM, email, SMS, social, digital advertising and online reviews.
• Line manage and mentor the digital marketing officer.
• Contribute to roadmaps for key digital channels.
• Utilise CRM tools to ensure customer engagement and loyalty,
• Analyse channel usage statistics and respond to data accordingly.
• Maintain a close working relationship with key stakeholders across the group.
• Identify and evaluate emerging best digital practices within the housing sector and beyond.
• Provide customers and other stakeholders with a unified user experience through a user-focused approach across thee digital estate.
