Electronic Warefare Capability Lead

EW Capability Lead - Defence - Bristol £65,000

This is a great chance to take responsibility for Electronic Warfare (EW) strategy and its delivery, with other stakeholders, across a well established business.

This role is certainly unique! Developing and shaping EW capability is no small feat, and will certainly offer its challenges, as it's across the most critical programmes across the company. Arguably the role is an executive one, because your exposure to customers and suppliers means you'll have opportunity to leverage off relationships you build within domestic and international markets.

You'll have a bonus on your basic salary which is up to 21%! On average this pays out 16.5% every year and is in addition to your yearly pay reviews in March. Salary depends on your experience, but with such a good package on offer they will ideally be expecting an in-depth knowledge of electronic warfare in order to be successful.

If you feel you can deliver complex programmes within EW working closely with the MOD then it's worth getting in touch. These systems are RF based systems, so a lot of people you'll work with will be RF specialists and Electronic Design Engineers.
