Engineering Manager - Remote - Gaming - £80k DOE

I am currently supporting an incredibly successful online gaming company with their search for an Engineering Manager to join and manage their growing engineering team. They have grown enormously over the last two decades and are now one of the most famous online gaming companies there is, with their games being played by hundreds of millions of players worldwide!

As Engineering Manager, you would play a very key role in the delivery of technology strategy and for leadership of Operations Engineers within a very high performing team. You will support and manage the growth of the team, including recruiting and interviewing new engineers to join the company. This role would have around an 80/20 split in terms of being 80% managerial and strategy, and 20% hands-on with the tech.

• Experience with Linux Systems
• AWS
• Agile
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Strong leadership experience
• Ideally a technical background
