Location: Hybrid (90% remote, 10% travel)
Type: FTC
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
Length: 2 years (initially)

iO Associates are looking for multiple EPR Clinical Content Analysts to join an EPR Vendor on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, hybrid (90% remote) and paying up to £35,000 per year.

Requirements:

• Experience of working in or with the NHS
• Experience working with and delivering to stakeholders' needs
• Customer focused and trained to a high standard of customer services
• Experience in the delivery of training, coaching, testing, and project support
• Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and oral
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain effective and credible relationships

Desirable

• EPR content development or EPR configuration development experience
• Experience of creating user/training guides, customer focused documentation and workflow maps
