Hadoop Infrastructure Consultant - Start ASAP

iO Associates are currently recruiting for a Hadoop Infrastructure Consultant, working a blend of on-site and remote working in Central London for a 6-month contract paying up to £425 per day. We have availability to start next week, with interviews today so we can only accept applications from those who are immediately available.

We're looking for someone with strong experience in Hadoop Infrastructure, rather than e.g. a Big Data Engineer, who can work across the Hadoop platform looking at how the platform is orchestrated, how everything is stored etc. You'll be working with a number of "Big Data" technologies including Kafka, Spark, AWS, EMC and NetApp to deliver a cloud transformation piece for an end client operating withing Financial Services.
