iO associates are partnering with a German automotive electronics company who require a Lead Hardware Engineer to join their team. Our client are a specialist within the automotive industry in the design and creation of vehicle accessories, original equipment and software solutions for a variety of customers.

The role - Part of the Senior Team, you will drive the international team within R&D Engineering, partake in discussion with customers and work mainly with projects.
What you will be doing : -

• Organising and delegating design and engineering tasks with the international hardware team
• Creating design documentation
• Be responsible for the design and analysis of circuit diagrams for display solutions
• Creation of circuit designs within simulations and component selection
• Liaising with the other teams in order for
• Be responsible for the planning of Hardware design including technical accuracy and the completion of quality documents
• Be in charge of achieving project goals through the management of budget and schedule

What we need from you : -

• Engineering degree or equivalent relevant studies
• Several years of project management experience preferably within automotive
• Excellent knowledge of English both oral and written with ability to communicate within an international team
• Experience of speaking with customers
