We are looking for talented individuals to join us on one of our many exciting journeys.

Our Aerospace & Simulation business unit are looking to hire a Head of Delivery to oversee a number of projects related to the delivery of the Selborne Programme and other training and simulation programmes. This exciting opportunity will enable you to directly support the front line of the Royal Navy with leading edge synthetic training solutions.

Within the role you will be working alongside the Programme Director, business unit leads and into ESUK's corporate team to ensure synchronicity across all deliveries relating to the delivery of Project Selborne, from large technical projects to change and transformation. You will play a key part of assisting in the continued growth of the business unit and have overview of both deliverables and cultural growth and structure.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and continually improving programme controls.

  • Oversight of multiple projects and programme deliveries.

  • Supporting the continued growth of the programme and business unit.

  • Manging the PMO and ensuring reporting is completed to quality.

  • Delivering cultural change and growth.

  • Working with the Programme Director to ensure successful contribution to Team Fisher.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience delivering and leading major defence programmes.

  • Multitasker with attention to detail.

  • Ability to establish, manage and motivate cross functional teams.

  • Experience managing cost/EVM & internal baseline reviews.

  • Strong communication and management skills.
