Head of Developement | Engineering Manager | Hybrid | £85,000

One of our brilliant technical clients based in the East Midlands is looking for a Head of Development to join their team their growing team. This role is pivotal to the future progression and growth of the business.

The company are working with cutting edge technology and offer full autonomy over the resposibilites role itself.

The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in managing a small to medium size team, previous history in Development as well as Coding to lead the team successfully.

The role would be based just outside of Nottingham with a Hybrid approach to working, with one day in the office a week. Alongside a market-competitive salary of up to £85,000.

If you have experience of the following,

• Managing IT technical delivery teams in medium to large organisations with customer-facing applications.
• Managing a team of at least 5 Software Engineers
• Supervising Scrum teams and Product Managers
• Experience in the development and integration across multiple technologies such as C#, .NET, Java, SQL, AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Previous experience of technical leadership in building highly scalable software solutions
• Experience of working within Agile Environments

A bonus would be,
