Head of Operations

iO Associates has partnered with a Food Manufacturing company in North-West Bristol to find a Head of Operations. They are leading manufacturer of baked foods with a dream to be internationally recognized.

As the Head of Operations, the primary responsibility of your role will be managing the site operations including production, engineering and Quality departments and the overall performance of day to day running of the business. You'll be responsible for site leadership with the heads of departments reporting into you and you will take a lead in supporting your 90+ staff by reviewing the performance to develop teams and streamlining processes, including implementing CI and Lean.

You'll be paid up to £71,700k base salary per annum with performance bonus up to 20% bonus.

Responsibilities: Budget controller and owner of site P&L, quality assurances, Health and safety, production volume, Site Leadership
