HR Coordinator wanted by one of the UK's leading IT Security Businesses. A business which has grown from 12 to 50 heads within 3 years, as well as generating £33 million revenue during the same time frame.

As a HR Coordinator you will work closely with the company's leadership team and wider business to drive and enhance people practices, provide ad hoc support wherever it is needed, and contribute to group initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Champion and deliver the company's HR strategy in line with company core values.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are regularly reviewed and continue to reflect up-to-date employment law and best practice.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion practices, and employee well-being.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership team and Legal Counsel on governance processes.
  • Own the employee life cycle process (onboarding through to offboarding).
  • Provide seamless administration of the recruitment process - including management of the ATS (Recruitee); organisation of interviews; employment vetting; creation of a talent pool using job boards, LinkedIn, and partnerships with external agencies.
  • Coordinate the company's graduate scheme
  • Help with disciplinary and grievance procedures, ensuring best practice is always upheld.
  • Manage, or contribute to, ad hoc projects across the business, as required.
  • Assist with the administration of monthly payroll processes and annual P11D forms.
  • Compile and maintain commission/bonus plans and term sheets.
  • Manage all employment benefit schemes and associated renewal negotiations.
  • Track performance management, including probation reviews and annual appraisals, and assist line managers with identifying and developing talent.
  • Manage the HRIS for the UK team (BambooHR).
  • Store all HR data and documentation in line with company policies.
  • Act as a Health and Safety Officer and manage associated processes.
