HR Data Analyst (PAYE)

iO Associates are currently recruiting for an HR Data Analyst, to be working in London on behalf of one of the biggest media companies in the world. This will be a 3-month initial contract working onsite at £400 per day Inside IR35.

You'll be supporting the group-wide HR function in pulling actionable insights across people analytics (including recruitment and retention), employee initiatives, organisational design and team performance. The key requirements for the role are as follows:

• Good knowledge an understanding with data analysis platforms e.g. Power BI, Qlik and Tableau
• Experience building reporting dashboards for HR departments
• Ideally 2+ years experience in HR Operations, Finance or Business Operations
• Strong ability in presenting analysis and findings to the business (datadriven insight)
