HR Generalist - Hampshire

HR Generalist urgently required by successful and 'employee focused IT business in Hampshire.

Your role as HR Generalist is working closely with the company's Leadership team and wider business to drive and enhance people practices, provide ad hoc support wherever it is needed, and contribute to group initiatives.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ready to progress their career to the next stage, is looking for more responsibility and autonomy, and wants to help run a busy UK HR department and further their knowledge in all areas of HR.

As a HR Generalist you will report to directly to the company's Managing Director, focusing on multiple HR functions such as recruitment and selection, on-boarding, payroll, employee relations, policy implementation, etc.

You must be familiar with UK Employment Law and Employee Relations, and maintain a high level of empathy, integrity, and confidentiality in all that you do. We would expect you to have a university degree in Business Administration, HR, or another related subject. If you have obtained, or are currently studying towards, a CIPD qualification then that would be highly desirable.

Salary & Company Benefits:

• £30,000-£35,000 (dependent on experience).
