Role: Resource Planning HR Consultant

Elbit Systems are looking to hire a highly organised HR professional with a background in recruitment drives, interview processing, and onboarding.

As we continue to experience a high period of growth throughout the start of 2021 we are looking for an individual with exceptional organisational and administrative skills to help throughout the entire recruitment process from organising and talent pooling inbound profiles, organising and distributing feedback and arranging interviews and onboarding.

This role will be well suited to an individual who has worked in high growth roles previously and has the ability to organise themselves quickly in bringing together the administration of a busy recruitment environment across multiple areas of the business.

The role will be remotely based with the office located in Bristol.
