Integration Business Analyst

Business Analyst | 6 Months | OUTSIDE IR35 | £375 - £400 per day | Remote

Our client is a global player within the beauty/hair & makeup industry and are looking to globally roll out and implement a Dynamics 365 ERP system.

Their current systems and processes vary from country to country so they need 2 Business Analysts to come in and support the current team.

These Business Analysts MUST have experience with integrations and and be able to do the following:

• Produce technical specifications for system integrations between core internal applications (eCommerce Platform & ERP) and external partners (EDI, web services)
• Maintain ownership of the functional and non-functional integration requirements throughout the project lifecycle process
• Develop interface specifications in line with architecture standards, data modelling needs and system development principles
• Work with 3rd Parties/Vendors to ensure technical solutions are completed within project timeline, quality standards and requirements
• Coordinate the end-to-end System Integration Testing between internal applications and external partners
• Undertake data analysis and data modelling activities in support of system interfaces
• Co-ordinate and support User Acceptance Testing with Business Key Users
• Participate on the Change Advisory Board (CAB)

So, with that in mind this role will be perfect for someone with the following skills

• Solid knowledge of interfaces and interactions between core internal applications and external partners.
• Experience of defining, documenting, and delivering system integration across a diverse operational landscape.
• Experienced in large-scale projects and sustaining strong working relationships with business stakeholders, external 3rd parties and the IT Development Team
• Worked with global stakeholders and teams.
• Practical experience of working with multiple technology platforms and applications
• Enthusiastic and flexible with a pragmatic, hands-on approach, with the ability to understand the bigger picture
• Ability to work autonomously and to plan and organise own and peer workloads and work within challenging deadlines
• Good understanding of business applications specifically ERP (Dynamics 365 preferable), CRM, Supply Chain Planning, BI and WMS
• Practical experience of agile project management methodologies
