Integration Support Analyst (Python, SQL, Data)

iO Associates are proud to be working with a start-up in the IoT industry who are looking for a strong, all-rounder Integration Support Analyst.

This role requires three main areas:

1. Support

2. Integration

3. Investigation

First and foremost this is a client-facing support role that requires strong communication skills. The client base for this start-up can be non-technically minded so will need someone able to adapt their communication around complex technical concepts depending on who you're speaking to. Eg. Non-technical clients vs the Development or DevOps team.

They also need someone from a technical background with support and data intergration experience.

Technical skills required are: SQL, Python, and AWS. Working with APIs is a plus, as well as experience with Data frameworks within Python such as Numpy etc.

Tasks you could be asked to complete range from automation, reporting, ticket management, report managements, as well as working with building tools on the CI platform.

Any interest in AI, IoT, and Blockchain is highly desirable.

You will need to have enough hands-on data experience to perform investigation autonomously and present findings to technical teams and clients.

As this company is a start-up, it's important that you either have start-up experience or are motivated by a start-up culture.
