Location: Cheltenham (Hybrid model to at home and office based)
Salary: Up to £40,000 plus WFH, Flexi-hours, Private Pension, Private Medical Insurance and much more!

I am working with an established, award-winning healthcare company based in Cheltenham that are on the lookout for an IT Engineer to join them on a permanent basis

The organisation is going through extensive growth and are expanding daily with over 150 locations across the UK, plus now looking at expanding into Europe.

Working as part of the Microsoft 365 team, you will be providing specialist Microsoft 365 support and expertise to the rest of business systems and the wider business. You will facilitate access to systems, services and data via a secure, consistent managed environment. The goal is to automate and standardise technology to generate efficiencies throughout the business.

As the company continue to expand; paired with a dynamic working environment, this offers rapid progression opportunities. This role itself is one of ten brand new roles within the company, after many internal promotions and office expansions.

What they are looking for:

• A strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 platform
• Experience of migrating email to Microsoft Office 365 Exchange Online, deployment of Teams & OneDrive
• Technical understanding Azure Active Directory and on-premises Active Directory
• Windows client, deployment, policing, updating and application packaging

The role will have varied responsibilities and no two days will be the same. You will have responsibility for configuration, implementation and integration.
