IT Support Engineer

iO Associates are working with a growing software company in Bath who are on the lookout for an IT Engineer to join their growing team.

Throughout the last year the company has grown hugely and they have multiple exciting projects for this IT Engineer to get their teeth into.

Role: IT Engineer
Location: Bath (with flexibility for WFH)
Salary: Up to £25,000

This software company is looking for an ambitious, technically-motivated Engineer to join their team. This is a great opportunity to propel your career forward as progression opportunities are rapid.

The role has a customer-facing focus, so a key skillset is being able to communicate tehcnical issues to non-technical people.

This role will involve:

• Some SQL knowledge
• Resolving tickets with second line issues
• Resolving issues over the phone and via email
• Troubleshooting system performance
• Escalating issues appropriately
• Liaising with thid part suppliers

The most important criteria for applicants is the enthusiasm to work with new technology, and some exposure to an IT Support role.
