About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Trainer to join a major migration project, supporting stakeholders as they transition to a new platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring smooth adoption of new technology across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging training sessions to stakeholders on the new platform.
Develop training materials, guides, and resources tailored to different user groups.
Work closely with the migration project team to understand system changes and training needs.
Provide ongoing support to staff during and after the migration.
Gather feedback to continuously improve training delivery and materials.

Requirements

Proven experience as an IT Trainer within large-scale projects.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to adapt training styles for different audiences.
Experience supporting system migrations or platform rollouts is highly desirable.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
