Are you an enthusiastic and customer-focused IT professional looking to build your career in a leading law firm environment? We're seeking an L1 IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on, first-line technical assistance to users across our London office.
This is a fully onsite role, ideal for someone who thrives in a professional services setting and enjoys delivering high-quality IT support to legal and business teams.
Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience in IT support, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, organised, and able to manage multiple requests efficiently
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for IT queries via phone, email, and face-to-face.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications and provide user account management via Active Directory.
- Assist with meeting room setups, AV support, and new user device configurations.
